Scholarships
   
  Five scholarships of Rs. 500/- per month per student will be given to meritorious students having passed Std. X Board Exam of the year and secured a minimum of 85% in English, Maths and G. Science. These scholarships will be given to the students upto the plus two level exam or maintenance of the requisite percentage of marks., i.e. for 2 years. Detailed criteria can be obtained from the School office.

Other Awards & Prizes
   
  In addition to General Proficiency awards, for motivating students, the following awards and prizes are given to befitting candidates:

Academic Excellence awards (For Std I to IX)

1. Vidya Kaushalya Award - For securing General Proficiency for 3 consecutive years.
2. Vidya Pravinya Award - For securing General Proficiency for two consecutive years after the Vidya     Kaushalya award
3. Vidya Bhaskar Award - For securing General proficiency for two consecutive years after the Vidya     Pravinya award.
4. Vidya Visharad Award - For Securing General Proficiency for two consecutive years after the Vidya     Bhaskar award.
5. Vidya Shiromani Award - To the student who secures A1 in all elective subjects and A in     languages in std XI.
6. Vidya Garima Award - To the Std X Board Topper.
7. Vidya Gaurav Award - To the Std XII Board Topper.
8. Best student of the year Award - Senior and Junior.

Co Curricular Excellence Awards (For std. I to IX)

1. Kala Aradhana Award - For securing General Proficiency in Co Curricular activities for 3     consecutive years.
2. Kala Sadhana Award - For securing General Proficiency in Co Curricular activities for 3 consecutive     years after getting the Kala Aradhana Award.
3. Kala Sampanna Award - For securing General Proficiency in Co Curricular activities for 3     consecutive years after getting the Kala Sadhana Award
4. Best Athlete of the year Award - Boys and Girls
5. Karan Bhave Award for the Sportsperson of the year.
6. Curricular Excellence Award - Senior and Junior - For participation at State / National /     International Level competitions.

Other Awards

1. The Well Read Individual - Certificate will be given to the student who reads maximum number of     books.
2. Silver Star - Certificate will be given for getting 10 Red Stars in discipline, conduct neatness,     regularity, responsibility, personal and social attitudes.
3. Gold Star - Certificate will be given for accumulating 10 Silver Star certificates.
4. Cock House Trophy - Is awarded to the House scoring the maximum points in Inter House     activities.

Grade Points
   
  At the end of a tough academic year in which the students put in a lot of hard work, they need to be appreciated to motivate them to excel further. With this in mind we have adopted a new award system effective from the academic year 2008-09

  • Subject Proficiency Certificates will be awarded to students for securing A1 grade in a subject.
  • General Proficiency Certificate for Co curricular excellence is awarded for securing A1grade in Art and craft, Music, Dance, P.E., any chosen activity and B1 grade in academics.
  • General Proficiency Certificate for Academic Excellence is awarded on the following criteria.

Note :
  1. For General Proficiency Certificate, the student must score a minimum of B grade in all the Co Curricular subjects. (Music, Art and Craft, Music, Dance, P.E., Any other chosen activity)
  2. V-THOTS marks will be considered for General Proficiency.
  3. For Classes VII to X - Physics, Chemistry and Biology will be collectively taken as General Science and Social Science will include History, Civics, Geography and Economics.
