There are constant changes and developments in the field of Information Technology. This has been taken note of by the school and therefore, there are constant additions and upgradations in imparting computer education. There are three separate IT Labs for students of various classes (VI to XII, I to V and Pre nursery to Nursery). The school has 108 computers with Internet access and associated modern input and output devices. The Computer Centre also conducts Training capsules for the teachers to keep them abreast of the latest developments in the field of information technology.
DIGITAL LANGUAGE LAB
Language always has the power to stimulate a child’s creative and analytical thinking. In the Language Lab, efforts have been made to sharpen these abilities. The aim is to help the child develop effective skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking. The primary goal is to enhance communicative competence. The Language Lab focuses on the proficiency of the child in using the English language effectively, helping him/her imbibe the nuances of expressions with digitally aided devices. The entire system is operated and monitored by the Lab-In-charge and a trained Technician. A Master Consol is connected to individual cubicles through a LAN - based system allowing for two-way communication.
LEARNING CENTRES OR RESOURCE ROOMS
To cater to the educational needs of the children and make classroom learning and enjoyable and pleasant experience, the school aims at providing them the best of learning experiences. With this in view, learning centres have been setup for students of Std. I to VII. The centres are equipped and decorated appropriately to provide for a right ambience.
The 4 Learning Centers for - Language and Social Studies, Math and Science have been packed with extensive subject aids like Charts, 3-D maps, TV sets, resource material and Curriculum appropriate Software packages..
